Thank you for building us such a beautiful home! From the outset, everyone told us what a nightmare it would become. I always responded by saying that we had a great builder. Their usual reply was that we’d hate each other by the time it was over. Well, nothing could be further from the truth. The greatest testimony I could give is that if we ever choose to build another home, we wouldn’t consider having anyone other than Jim Johnson Group to be our contractor. You and Beverly have become genuine friends through the process, and we look forward to knowing you better in the future.
Jim, you’ve got a great team! Not only was Bill Marconi an absolute pleasure to work with, so was Leigh Ann Norvell. One of the most critical aspects of building a fine home is the quality of sub-contractors who do the actual work. What an impressive group of subs you’ve assembled! You obviously treat them right! They are an accommodating team of craftsmen who have a high regard for you and want to please your homebuyers.
In the beginning, you told us over and over how highly you regarded Bill Marconi as a construction manager, and that we would love working with him. Well, you were absolutely right. Bill’s a perfectionist and not at all satisfied unless the job is done properly.
In total, the entire process was a pleasure. We love our home. Please feel free to use us as a reference anytime someone is shopping for a home builder.

This is long overdue, but I promised I’d write you a letter to tell you how pleased Chris and I are with the house you built. 5 years ago when you said you would build my dream house, everyone we talked to said you would follow up to make sure that we were always happy and you need to know this: YOU EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS!
The design work allowing us to incorporate our ideas, the work itself, the tremendous effort by Bill Marconi and his group to make it come together as we hoped and dreamed it would; all of this was better than I think we could have realistically expected.
Then, 5 years after you built our house there was an outdoor log that was rotting. I called you on a Sunday afternoon, you returned my call on Monday morning, the workers were at the house Tuesday, and the whole project was fixed before the following week’s party.
I’ve told a lot of people how satisfied and pleased I am that we chose Jim Johnson Group, and now I’m telling you.
The best and strongest argument I can make to convince anyone who is interested is this: if I were to ever build another home one day, we’d ask you to build it.
